  • Smart geofenced zones

    A yellow zone to get ready and a green zone to request pickup. Requests are only accepted from inside the zone, so no early calls and no crowding at the gate.

  • A screen in every classroom

    The call appears instantly on the classroom screen with the student's name, photo and status, and the teacher taps “Release” to send them to the gate.

  • Secure exit QR code

    A single-use code valid for a set number of minutes, scanned by the supervisor at the gate to verify who is collecting the student.

  • Authorized assistants

    Guardians add people allowed to collect their children, with an optional early-pickup permission.

  • Approved early pickup

    Early pickup requests with a stated reason go to the school supervisor for approval, with daily limits and cooldowns that prevent misuse.

  • Bus and trip tracking

    Live bus tracking stop by stop, with clear hand-over states from school to the front door.

  • Attendance and absence alerts

    Attendance is recorded and guardians are notified of absences automatically, alongside school-wide announcements.

  • Cafeteria with a digital wallet

    A wallet for every student with a spending limit set by the guardian, and a cafeteria point of sale in the platform.

  • Multiple schools and branches

    Run several schools and branches from one panel, with each school's own colors and exportable reports.
